James has over 15 years’ recruitment experience within the Renewable Energy sector. During this time James has worked with some of the world’s leading global OEMs, IPPs, Utilities, and Green Investment Funds.

James’ natural networking ability has led him to make placements across 4 continents and in over 20 countries.

He has a proven track record of finding high calibre candidates who add value to our renewable energy client’s businesses. His consultative approach provides foresight into our clients’ needs. He understands the importance of matching skills as well as culture and values.
